If a subscription you paid for isn't showing up, the most common cause is having more than one account by mistake. Here's what to check.
Check for a duplicate account
Sometimes signing up with X or Google, and then creating another account with your email address, results in two separate accounts. Your subscription may be tied to the other one.
- Make sure you haven't accidentally created a duplicate account.
- Try logging in with the method you originally signed up with (X, Google, or email) to see if your subscription appears there.
