✨ Smart Vault is live. Open your Vault inside any conversation and every file shows you what this fan has already seen, bought, or hasn't unlocked yet — so every send is a smart one.

What it is

Smart Vault turns your Vault into a per-fan sales tool. Open your Vault inside a conversation and every file shows you context about that fan — a status label, the upload date, and a tooltip with the details. Filter by status, sort by likes or total spend, and search by tag to find the perfect thing to send.

The status labels at a glance:

Label	What it means
✉️ Sent	You sent this file to the fan behind a paywall, and they haven't unlocked it yet.
💸 Purchased	The fan unlocked/bought this file. Easy to notice by the white overlay on top of each purchased file.
🆓 Free	The file reached this fan without a paywall (free preview in a message/post or free public post)
📰 Sub Feed Post	The file was posted to your subscription feed
🔒 Locked Post	The file is in a paid post the fan hasn't unlocked yet.

Why it matters

No more sending a fan something they already bought. Smart Vault shows you exactly what each fan has seen, what they paid for, and what's still fresh — so every send is a smart one, and your unused gems don't gather dust.

Getting started

1. Open Smart Vault

Smart Vault only appears when you open your Vault from inside a conversation with a fan. Open a chat, open your Vault from there, and every file lights up with context about that fan.

What's on each file thumbnail

Once you're in, every file shows its story at a glance:

Top-left metric — changes with your sort: the upload date, ♥ likes, or $ total spend
Status label — one of Sent / Purchased / Free / Sub Feed Post / Locked Post (see the table above)
White overlay — washes over any file the fan has already Purchased, so it stands out instantly
Video duration badge — bottom-left on video files
Pencil icon ✏️ — bottom-right; tap it to add a tag to the file. Tags save to the file and show up everywhere in your Vault

2. Sort & filter by status

Open the filter to sort and filter your files by their status label — show only what you've already Sent, surface everything not yet purchased to find your next upsell, or sort by spend to lead with your top performers.

3. Peek at the details

Hover over any status label to see the caption or message that was sent or posted alongside that file — so you remember exactly what that fan already got, and never repeat yourself.
