๐Ÿ“‡ Know exactly who you're talking to. Spend, status, your private notes โ€” all right there in the chat. Treat every fan like your VIP. โ™ก

What it is

Fan CRM is an insights panel built right into your messages. Without leaving a conversation, you can see who each fan is, how they spend, where they are in their subscription, and anything you've noted about them โ€” so every message you send is informed. It's 100% private to you: fans never see it or know it exists.

It surfaces five things: who they are, their status tags, a spending snapshot, their subscription timeline, your notes, and the lists they're on.

Where to find it

  • Desktop โ€” it's always there, as a panel on the right side of your conversation.
  • Mobile โ€” tap the green Insights button in the chat header and it drops down from the top

The chat header also shows the fan's name (or your nickname for them) and their total lifetime spend

Who they are

  • The panel shows the fan's @username up top.
  • Add a nickname (their real name, a reminder โ€” whatever helps). Your nickname then replaces their username everywhere you see them โ€” inbox, lists, notifications โ€” but never on financial statements. Clear it any time to go back to their @username.

Status tags

Tags are assigned automatically from each fan's real behaviour with you, and they're colour-coded so you can read a fan at a glance:

๐ŸŸข positive ยท ๐Ÿ”ต stable ยท ๐ŸŸก neutral / unknown ยท ๐Ÿ”ด needs attention

Are they subscribed? (every fan is exactly one of these)

TagMeans
๐ŸŸข SubscriberActive subscription right now
๐Ÿ”ด ExpiredWas subscribed, now lapsed
๐ŸŸก Never subscribedHas never subscribed to you

Will they renew? (only shows for subscribers)

TagMeans
๐Ÿ”ต Renew onAuto-renews โ€” hasn't cancelled
๐Ÿ”ด Renew offCancelled โ€” keeps access until the cycle ends, then lapses (churn risk!)

How are they spending? (at most one)

TagMeans
๐ŸŸข Recently spentA tip / PPV / store purchase in the last 48 hours
๐Ÿ”ด Low spenderSpent before, but nothing in the last 30 days (going cold)
๐ŸŸก Never spentHas never paid you anything โ€” ever (free trials don't count)
(no tag)A subscriber who's never bought extras, or whose last extra was 2โ€“30 days ago

Spending snapshot

Four tiles give you the money picture for this fan with you (never platform-wide):

  • Lifetime spend โ€” everything they've ever spent on you (subscriptions, tips, PPV, store), with a percentile like "Top 15% of your fans." (The percentile appears once you have 10+ paying fans.)
  • Last spent โ€” how long since their last tip/PPV/store purchase, and what it was.
  • Avg. purchase โ€” their average extra purchase, plus how many they've made.
  • Highest spend โ€” their single biggest extra purchase, and the date.
The last three tiles count discretionary spend only โ€” tips, PPV, and store. Subscription charges and auto-renewals don't count toward them (but they do count in Lifetime spend).

Subscription timeline

A small Subscriptions section (always shown) tells you:

  • First subscribed โ€” when they first ever subscribed to you.
  • Renews on / Expires on โ€” for active subscribers: "Renews on" if they're auto-renewing, "Expires on" if they've cancelled. Expired or never-subscribed fans show a dash.

Notes

Your private notebook on each fan:

  • Tap + to add a note (up to 1,000 characters; add as many as you like).
  • Notes show newest first with a timestamp, and you can edit or delete them any time.
  • They stick to that fan forever and are only ever visible to you.

Lists

See every list the fan belongs to, shown as chips. A โœจ sparkle marks an auto-generated list. Tap the pencil to add or remove them from lists right here โ€” changes flow straight through to your inbox filters and mass-messaging targeting.

โ˜… Tips & Tricks

โ˜… Read the tags before you type โ€” ๐ŸŸข means lean in, ๐Ÿ”ด means win them back.

โ˜… Renew off is your churn alarm โ€” reach out with something special before they lapse.

โ˜… Recently spent fans are hot โ€” strike while they're engaged.

โ˜… Set a nickname so you recognize your fans at a glance in the inbox.

โ˜… Drop a note after a good chat โ€” what they like, their name, what they bought โ€” so next time feels personal.

โ˜… Use the lifetime-spend percentile to spot your VIPs and treat them like it.
