Why are non-consensual intimate images prohibited?

Content Guidelines

At Hidden, we prioritize safety, respect, and personal boundaries. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual intimate images (NCII), including any explicit content shared without clear, informed consent.

Why we don't allow it

  • Protecting privacy: sharing intimate content without consent violates personal privacy and causes lasting harm.
  • Preventing harm: NCII can lead to emotional distress, exploitation, and reputational damage.
  • Legal compliance: many jurisdictions consider NCII illegal, and we enforce strict policies to align with these laws.
  • Maintaining trust: allowing such content undermines platform integrity and user trust.

Examples of prohibited content

  • Intimate images shared without consent.
  • Content recorded or shared without the subject's knowledge.
  • Hidden camera footage or unauthorized private recordings.
  • Material where a co-creator hasn't explicitly agreed to its use.
  • Content with an incorrect or incomplete consent form.

What to do next

  • Review your submission for any NCII, including background elements like screens or video clips.
  • Edit and resubmit after removing flagged content.
  • Know the rules in our Content Guidelines and Terms of Service.
  • Contact support at support@hidden.com if your content was flagged in error.
